Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing® is a nature observation-based therapeutic approach developed by Dr. Peter Levine. This trauma-informed modality focuses on regulating the nervous system and resolving and renegotiating trauma. It helps to release survival energy stored in the body. By learning to tune into physical sensations, emotions, and subtle body cues, SE can help you gently release stress and tension without further re-traumatization.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

It’s an effective tool for emotional regulation and mental clarity, empowering you to feel grounded and in control in moments of distress.
EFT works very well with phobias, insomnia, physical pain, addictions, and issues such as wanting to stop smoking or lose weight. It can also help with mood swings and hormonal problems. Sessions typically involve a collaborative process of identifying the issue you want to address, working through guided tapping sequences, and finding a resolution or relief.
