Based in Spain, Laura offers her services in English, Spanish, and Italian, both online and in person. Over the past 15 years, she has worked with individuals and groups globally, bringing her unique approach to healing to a global community.

Spiritual and Earth-Based Foundations

Laura’s spiritual journey has been shaped by her time as a Moon Dancer, studying Gurdjieff Sacred Dances, apprenticing with various medicine people, and learning from the transformative wisdom of psychedelic master plants.

During her travels, she developed a deep connection to Andean cosmology and mysticism. Her work is deeply rooted in Earth-based spirituality, drawing on rituals and a reverence for life’s interconnectedness to ground individuals in the wisdom of natural cycles.

The compassionate Internal Family Systems model has also influenced her work.

Currently, she is an apprentice to Colin Campbell, a traditional healer, sangoma, ritualist, and environmental activist from South Africa, further enhancing her knowledge and approach.

Midlife Transition and Women’s Empowerment

Laura’s experience with chemotherapy-induced premature menopause became a sacred initiation, deepening her understanding of the vital role older women play as wisdom keepers. This transformative journey inspired her to amplify the voices and work of women, fostering their perspectives and contributions. Her approach is tailored to each individual, guiding women to reconnect with their bodies, nervous systems, and natural rhythms. Laura’s work empowers women to navigate midlife and beyond with self-acceptance, purpose, and strength.

Workshops and Circles

Laura has successfully facilitated in-person workshops exploring the She-Wolf archetype through movement, offering women a powerful space to reconnect with their wild, instinctual selves and reclaim their inner wisdom. She also created the Radical Wise Wild Women Circle, a seven-week online journey blending somatic movement, voice, and ritual. This program supported midlife women in navigating life transitions with liberation and empowerment, fostering personal and collective transformation, balance, and a profound sense of belonging to the larger web of life.

Midlife, post-menopause, and the wild years are not a linear crisis to be fixed, but a dynamic and rich time of unfolding—full of paradoxes and complexities. It is a time for revelation, for descending into the depths, and for ascending once again. It’s a journey that moves inward and outward, where we continuously fall apart and rise anew.

Personal Journey and Advocacy

Having lost her mother at six, Laura’s work is profoundly informed by her personal experiences with grief and loss. Her healing journey has led her to support others in transforming grief into a gateway for personal empowerment and growth. This personal journey and advocacy, born out of her own struggles, serve as an inspiration to others, showcasing her resilience and dedication to supporting others.

At a young age, she developed an early impulse to connect with the invisible world, explore metaphysical themes, and confront death. Later in life, she faced numerous physical health challenges, including cancer in her thirties, which propelled her to study natural forms of healing. During her cancer journey, Laura explored the transformative power of movement, realising that dance is her medicine.

In addition to overcoming these physical challenges, she also faced chronic depression, which has made her a passionate advocate for women’s mental health. She is dedicated to dismantling taboos and prejudice surrounding mental health, creating space for open conversations and healing. These personal experiences have deepened her sensitivity, empathy, and intuition, fueling her passion for supporting others through their struggles.

Laura is committed to making her work accessible, offering ongoing sessions to low-income individuals and volunteering in diverse settings. Furthermore, she has been supporting family and people in Gaza, wanting to give a voice to those who have lost theirs and be part of the global movement to dismantle injustice and colonialism and promote liberation for all people.

Passion for Well-Being

Laura is passionate about health and has explored a broad spectrum of practices, including fasting, colonics, yoga, meditation, dreamwork, and Ayurveda, continually seeking ways to enhance well-being. Her dedication to personal and professional growth is evident in her extensive, passionate, and multifaceted journey. Whether working one-on-one or with groups, she holds a compassionate and grounded space for transformation and healing.

Laura’s Approach to Transformation

With a deep commitment to personal and collective healing, Laura’s work is rooted in a holistic approach that confronts the complexities of the human experience. Rejecting the shortcuts of spiritual bypassing, she guides individuals to embrace the full spectrum of their lives, including its most challenging moments. Through her own journey of shadow work, Laura has faced the raw terrain of loneliness, disconnection, and loss, learning to uncover the moonlight in even the darkest nights—not by avoiding pain but by transforming it through presence and integration.

Drawing from the wisdom of Marion Woodman and depth psychology, Laura encourages individuals to explore and integrate the hidden and repressed aspects of the self. She views true healing as a process of embracing both light and shadow, helping others transform deep wounds into pathways for authenticity and growth.

Inspired by eco-psychology and Bill Plotkin’s teachings, Laura reframes healing as a relational process that transcends individualistic therapeutic approaches. She encourages individuals to rekindle their connection to their ancestors, the land, soul, and inner wildness. By honouring our internal landscapes and the natural world, Laura fosters a profound sense of belonging and integration.

Through this unique blend of depth psychology and eco-psychology, Laura offers a pathway to personal and planetary healing, creating space for transformative change in individuals and their world.
